Self care and self love adds up to self improvement. Kids and teeangers nowadays tend to lack these qualities, leading to almost no room for self improvement. Cub McPaws provides a blog for teenagers on how to improve yourself and your personal development.

  1. Stop Over-thinking
Over Thinking has become a very serious issue for the young generation. Kids and teenagers find themselves stuck in one place because of their thoughts. This makes it difficult for one to move forward in life and improve themselves.
  1. You are enough-
Do not compare yourself to anyone. You are just fine the way you are. This is the first and the hardest step to Self Improvement.
  1. Stop Judging Others-
Being Judgemental does not do you any good. The Younger generation, also known as the “Gen Z”, judge kids their age way too fast without knowing anything about them. Remember, everyone is living a hard life, no matter how happy they look. Always be kind to everyone.
  1. Do not believe Social Media-
Almost everything you see on Social Media is a lie. One should be themselves. Social Media makes kids wish they had more than what they have, and tend to devalue the things that they have. Always be grateful.
  1. Treat Everyone the same-
Equality is important. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Be the change you wish to see in the world. This is a huge step towards self improvement.
  1. Learn to have fun by yourself
Gen Z has this new fear, they call it “FOMO”. It means Fear Of Missing Out. Everyone will miss out on something in their lives, and that’s okay. Spend time with yourself doing something you like. This helps in overcoming the Fear Of Missing Out.
  1. Read these books on Self Improvement-
Reading helps us look at life from a different perspective. It helps us understand someone’s perception and thought. These few books would definitely help you on your Journey to Self Improvement and Personal Development :-
